Purchase Options
Flow is available in two formats:
A single order with no commitment. Charged once at checkout, no recurring billing.
Ships automatically every 30, 60, or 90 days at a discounted price. Cancel anytime.
Subscription Billing
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout.
- You will be billed automatically on the same date each cycle
- A reminder email will be sent before each renewal charge
- Prices are locked in at subscription and will not increase without prior notice
- Failed payments may result in a temporary hold on your subscription
How to Cancel a Subscription
You may cancel at any time with no fees. Here's how:
Important: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
Pausing or Modifying a Subscription
You can pause or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us. Modifications include:
- Changing the delivery frequency
- Updating your shipping address
- Swapping your payment method
- Pausing for up to 3 months
Refunds on Subscriptions
If you cancel after a charge has been processed, you may still be eligible for a refund under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, provided the request is made within 30 days of the charge date.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5β10 business days.
One-Time Order Cancellations
One-time orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled β please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.
