Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by country, typically 7β21 business days.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes
- These fees are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Filing a claim with the carrier if necessary
If your package was lost in transit before delivery confirmation, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to a re-shipping fee.
